Completely adjustable night vision goggle counterweight for Aircrew and ground personnel. Constructed of 1000D ballistic cordura construction, 2inch by 4 inch velcro backed pouch with 3 weights inside, one 4 ounce, 5 ounce and 6 ounce weight. The design complies with all applicable military flying Technical Orders for the US Air Force, Army, Navy and Coast Guard. The total weight is 15 ounces and designed to be compatable to fit the users needs. Works well for AN/PVS 6 , AN/PVS-7 series, ANVIS 9, or the AN/49/49. It will work on all style flight helmets and combat helmet with soft side of velcro on the helmet.
Though this was originally designed for aviation units it has become standard on many MICH and Kevlar helmets that use PVS-14 or PVS-7 NVG.
